Hours and locations
"Are you open on Sunday night?" "Which location is closest to downtown?" Every location with its own hours.
For restaurants
During service nobody can pick up the phone, and most calls ask the same things: are you open, what is on the menu, do you deliver, how do I book, how much is the private room. Your website's chatbot answers them from your own content, day and night, in your customer's language.
What it answers
Each answer comes from what you write in your panel: change a price or your hours there and the chatbot answers with the new ones.
"Are you open on Sunday night?" "Which location is closest to downtown?" Every location with its own hours.
"Do you have vegetarian dishes?" "Does the risotto have nuts?" Load your menu with one item per dish and it compares prices and ingredients.
"Do you deliver to my neighborhood?" "How long does it take?" Areas, costs, times and minimum order, as you set them.
"How do I book a table for 10?" It explains your booking policy, the deposit for large groups and the link or number to book.
"How many people fit in the private room?" "What does a birthday package include?" Capacity, packages, prices and what to bring.
To close a large event or handle a complaint, the chatbot hands the chat to your team, or takes a message for you outside your hours.
How it works
Texts, questions and answers, PDF files or the pages of your website, which it reads again every day. It answers only from what you give it.
Copy your installation script from the panel and paste it on your website. The chat appears on every page, with your colors and your logo.
When it does not know an answer or the visitor asks for a person, it hands the chat to your team. Outside your hours, the visitor leaves a message that reaches you by email.
Questions
Yes. The chatbot takes the booking in the chat (date, time, guests, name and phone), shows the visitor a summary to confirm and sends you the request by email and, if you want, to Zapier, Make or n8n. You confirm it as you do today: checking availability in another booking system is not available yet. How it works.
Edit it in your panel and the chatbot answers with the new one within seconds. If your menu is on your website, add those pages as a source: the chatbot reads them again every day.
No. It answers only from the content you load. When your content does not cover a question, it says so and offers a person of your team.
You pay per conversation, not per seat or per resolution, and every plan includes live chat with your team. All prices are on the pricing page, and you can try it free, without a card.
No. The chat opens on your website, on a computer or a phone. Visitors write in their language and get the answer in it.
