Can I move my content from Chatbase?
Yes, from the same sources: add your website's pages (read again every day), your PDF files, or your texts and questions and answers. You do not need to keep Chatbase running while you try Gotachat.
Does it make up answers?
No. It answers only from the content you load. When your content does not cover a question, it says so and offers a person of your team.
How much does it cost?
You pay per conversation, not per seat or per resolution, and every plan includes live chat with your team. All prices are on the pricing page, and you can try it free, without a card.
Do my visitors need to install anything?
No. The chat opens on your website, on a computer or a phone. Visitors write in their language and get the answer in it.
