A table at a restaurant
"Saturday night, there are 6 of us." — "What time would you like to come?" — "At 8." The chatbot has the date, the time and the guests, and asks for the name and phone.
Bookings and requests
Your visitor asks about your hours and, in the same conversation, books a table, an appointment or a visit. The chatbot asks for what is missing, shows a summary to confirm and sends you the request, even at 2 a.m.
What it takes
The visitor writes as they would to a person. A few examples:
"Saturday night, there are 6 of us." — "What time would you like to come?" — "At 8." The chatbot has the date, the time and the guests, and asks for the name and phone.
"I need an appointment with dermatology next week." The chatbot asks which day and shows Morning and Afternoon as buttons.
"How much is a room for a birthday party of 40?" It answers from your price list and offers to send you the request with the date, the guests and their email.
"A chocolate cake for 20 for Friday." The chatbot asks whether to pick it up or deliver it, and the address only if it is a delivery.
"Can I see the apartment by the park on Thursday?" The chatbot asks for a time and a phone, and your advisor receives the request to confirm the visit.
"My fridge is not cooling." The chatbot takes the problem, the address and the phone so your technician can call back.
How it works
You decide what the chatbot asks for; the chatbot takes care of the conversation.
Several details in one message are taken at once. A date must be real and not past; a vague "tonight" is asked again, never guessed. The visitor can ask something else in the middle and come back.
Before sending, the visitor sees everything they gave, with Confirm, Change and Cancel. Then they read your own closing message.
By email, in your panel's list of requests, and, if you want, in Zapier, Make or n8n, to add it to a spreadsheet, your CRM or your team's chat.
How it works
Texts, questions and answers, PDF files or the pages of your website, which it reads again every day. It answers only from what you give it.
Copy your installation script from the panel and paste it on your website. The chat appears on every page, with your colors and your logo.
When it does not know an answer or the visitor asks for a person, it hands the chat to your team. Outside your hours, the visitor leaves a message that reaches you by email.
